The San Francisco UX Strategy Workshop is a one-day practical workshop on the topic of User Experience (UX) Strategy. UX Strategy Workshops are for UX / CX professionals, product team members, researchers, and business executives who want to learn how to formulate or guide the strategy for a product, service or experience, and how to communicate it effectively to their organizations.

Topics covered in this one-day workshop include:

  • Using design to impact business strategy
  • Using data to guide design
  • Experience mapping
  • Creating an experience design strategy
  • Communicating your strategy to executives, partners, and your team

The San Francisco UX Strategy Workshop is facilitated by Paul Bryan, organizer of the UX STRAT conferences in the USA and Europe. The workshop is being hosted by LinkedIn, and will be held at their headquarters office: 222 Second Street, San Francisco, CA 94105.

The San Francisco UX Strategy Workshop will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and will end at 5 p.m. Coffee will be served prior to and during the workshop. Lunch will be provided by our host, LinkedIn. Note that tickets are purchased in $US from our office in Atlanta, GA, USA, using a credit card, and that the ticketing system and organizer are also based in the USA. The workshop is taught in English.
