The NL VAT office has given UX STRAT very strict guidelines to follow for charging VAT according to VAT country. Unfortunately each year we need to invalidate a small number of tickets of people who do not follow the correct procedure below, and they need to start all over and purchase a valid ticket, which is extra work for all of us.
